Shipping

All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday(after 2 PM), Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday/Tuesday. (*Holidays excluded)
Grace & Cloth Mercantile will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.
Grace & Cloth Mercantile uses USPS for delivery.
During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original USPS shipping rates.
*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the USPS tracking number for your package.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Grace & Cloth Mercantile, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

     

In-Store Pick-Up

All online orders for in-store pick-up placed Tuesday-Friday will be ready within 48 hours. Orders may be picked up during regular store hours. You will receive a text message or email when your order is ready to be picked up. All orders placed Friday after 1pm-Monday will not be ready for pick up until Tuesday, unless otherwise stated.

 

Curb-Side Pick-Up

Saturday 10-3
